 This Privacy Policy explains how the Probate Legal Assistance Clinic (the "Clinic"), an academic learning clinic at Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California, collects, uses, shares, and protects information provided by individuals who visit our website or engage with our services. The Clinic provides limited pro bono legal assistance, offered in an academic learning environment by law students under attorney supervision, to self represented individuals in probate matters involving estates valued at five hundred thousand dollars or less.

Information you provide to the Probate Limited Legal Assistance Clinic will be requested and stored in Clio, a secure practice management software used by the Clinic for intake, document management, and communication. Clio maintains industry standard security measures to protect stored information. We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no system is entirely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
